All documents recorded in the Recorder’s Office are public records, except Military Discharge papers.

You can search in our office for “Free” on our public computers during open hours.        

Copies are $.50 per page to print

On left [Click] Assessment Information/ Searchable Assessment database/

   Real Estate Assessment Database

[Click] Proceed to site: 

choose Basic search [agree]

ADD: OWNER NAME: (last)------------(first)---------------

[Click] on your name (if your profile does not come up immediately)

[Click] OWNER (on the left)

You will find your Record Book and Page here in the center of the page.

To retrieve documents ON-LINE from Landex, our recording vendor:

Enter details:

[Click] on YORK, under PENNSYLVANIA

[Click] on BOOK AND PAGE, above Select Document Types

[Add] Book:                   (example: 2699 or letter in book, try this (104-B or 67A)

[Add] Page:                   (example:  8062)

Follow the steps to print:
