Dog Licenses

If you are 65 years of age or older or disabled, you can obtain licenses for your dog(s) at a reduced price through the York County Treasurer's Office. The fees are $6.50 for productive male or female dogs ($31.50 for a lifetime license if you are 65 or over and $51.50 for a lifetime license if you are under 65) and $4.50 for spayed or neutered dogs ($21.50 for a lifetime license if you are 65 or over and $31.50 for a lifetime license if you are under 65). To qualify for a lifetime license, dog owners must present certification that a tattoo number has been marked on the inside right flank of the dog or the dog has a microchip implant.
