View Public Records

There are currently two ways to view documents available to the public.

  1.  Appear in Person at the Clerk of Courts Office to view documents.  Any paper copies leaving the office will require the current fee to be paid in advance.
  2. Email with a docket number and document type.

**A Records Check is a separate matter. Viewing public documents will not be certified nor contain any correspondence from the Clerk of Courts verifying that the documents are complete.**
