Facilities Management

Administrative CenterThe mission of Facilities Management is to provide a safe, secure, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment to all employees and public visitors at County facilities. We will support the activities of County government by accommodating County agencies' space needs, maintaining County facilities in good condition, and by implementing programs and initiatives to ensure each facility is energy-efficient, architecturally accessible and environmentally safe.

The Facilities Management department will also assist Project Management in ensuring that all demolition, renovation, and new construction of County facilities is completed in a timely fashion and meets the latest standards of construction technology, building and life safety codes and space standards through plan review, technical oversight and assistance.

We accomplish this by using our valued employees in a partnership with our customers and suppliers to provide the most affordable blend of technology and responsiveness.
