Appointed Tax Collector
The York County Treasurer's Office serves as the appointed Tax Collector for the following municipalities and school districts:
- Paradise Township
- Spring Garden Township
- Delta Borough
- Fawn Grove Borough
- Jacobus Borough
- Mt. Wolf Borough
- Wellsville Borough
- West York Borough
- Yoe Borough
- Franklintown Borough
- North York Borough
- Stewartstown Borough
County Real Estate Portion Only:
- Railroad Borough
- York City
- Goldsboro Borough
School Taxes:
- Northeastern School District (Mt Wolf Borough residents only)
- Southeastern School District (Delta, Fawn Grove and Stewartstown Boroughs)
- Spring Grove Area School District (Paradise Township only)
- West York School District (West York Borough only)
Inquiries regarding any other municipality should be directed to the elected or appointed Tax Collector of that municipality.
Payments
Residents of the listed districts can make payments through one of the following methods. Remember, if you have a mortgage with escrow, send your tax bill to your mortgage company immediately. All payments will be accepted by the postmark date on the envelope, not the check date. Postdated checks or partial payments will not be accepted.

Note: Only districts for which the York County Treasurer is the Tax Collector can be paid via credit card with this website. A convenience fee will be applied.
To Request a Duplicate Bill
Requests for a duplicate real estate tax bill (Homeowners) should be emailed to the Treasurer's Office or faxed to 717-771-4331. Please include the property owner's name, property owner's address, and parcel identification number. Also include the email address or mailing address where you would like the duplicate bill sent. There is a $5 fee to generate a duplicate bill for a requester who is NOT the property owner, and these must be received with payment attached. Check or money order can be made payable to the York County Treasurer. A duplicate bill will be sent upon receipt of request with payment. Please allow 72 hours to process your request upon receipt.
Tax Certifications
Requests for real estate tax certifications should be mailed to the treasurers office. The fee for producing a tax certification is $10 per taxing authority with maximum of $30. Check or money order can be made payable to the York County Treasurer. Please include the property owner's name, property owner's address, and parcel identification number. Also include the email address or mailing address where you would like the tax certification sent. Tax Certifications will be sent upon receipt of request with payment. Please allow 72 hours to process your request upon receipt.
Tax Receipts
Requests for tax receipts should be emailed to the Treasurer's Office or faxed to 717-771-4331. Please include the property owner's name, property owner's address, and parcel identification number. Also include the email address where you would like the receipt emailed. You may also send a request via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a receipt by including a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request. We will mail your receipt to you once your request is processed. Please allow 72 hours to process your request upon receipt.
