York County Human Services Department

The Human Services Department oversees the county's seven human services departments. Besides this department, that also includes: 

The Human Services Executive Director has primary oversight over all of these departments, organizes planning and program development, and is responsible for several grants.

The Human Services department also funds and works with many community agencies and governmental entities in York County to provide a framework of social services to the community.

Services funded by the Human Services department, and implemented by community provider agencies include food pantry assistance, rental assistance, homeless services, case management services, domestic violence services, transportation, and information and referral services.
