For the 2023 Primary Election, this deadline is 5pm on Oct 31, 2023.
Last Day for County Board of Elections to Receive Voted Vote by Mail Ballots:
Must be received by 8:00 PM Election Day
For the 2023 Municipal Election, this deadline is November 7, 2023.
Last Day for County Board of Elections to Receive Voted Military and Overseas Absentee Ballots:
- Must be submitted for delivery no later than 11:59 PM one day prior to Election Day
- Must be received by the 7th day after Election Day
For the 2023 Municipal Election, the ballots must be submitted for delivery no later than 11:59 PM on November 6th and must be received by the County Board of Elections by November 14th, 2023.
